Telehealth sessions are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant platform and are only offered to clients in Texas and Florida. Our services are restricted to the states where we are licensed.

No Surprise Act

Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 - effective January 1, 2022), health care providers need to give clients or patients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, a reasonable estimate of the cost for medical items and services.

Good-Faith
Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good-Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will likely cost. This includes related expenses like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. The GFE does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during the course of treatment. You could experience additional charges based on a change in treatment, complications, and/or if exceptional circumstances occur. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE. For questions or more information about your right to a GFE, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
